LBH Construction
Our Story
Meet our team
Will
Remodeling runs in Will’s family. He started working with his contractor father at 13 and continued in residential construction after moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2011. In 2014 he co-founded LBH Construction Co., now focused on thoughtful remodeling, custom cabinetry, and functional, well-built spaces.
A carpenter by trade, Will handles design, estimating, field problem-solving, and finishing details. He prioritizes respecting a home’s character, improving livability, and showcasing solid craftsmanship. He stays hands-on with projects and works closely with homeowners, designers, trade partners, and the LBH team.
Outside work, Will enjoys trail running, fishing, camping, and time with his wife and three kids.
Rob
Rob’s career in the construction industry began in 1997 as an electrician's apprentice on high-rise projects in South Florida during the summers. From 2000 to 2003, he transitioned into the concrete industry, working as a concrete pump operator and finisher. Since 2003, he has focused on finish carpentry, honing his trade alongside top professionals in some of South Florida's premier communities.
In 2008 Rob moved to Northwest Arkansas and began installing trim packages in high-end communities, using the latest techniques and styles while focusing on the highest quality. This continued until 2014 when I partnered with like minded professionals and started LBH a construction company that would focus on providing the highest quality and set the bar for a new industry standard.
Michael
Michael started his construction career in Orange County, California, where he specialized in finish carpentry on high-end homes, honing his craft and developing a keen eye for detail. After a few rewarding years in California, he made the move to Arkansas in 2021, seeking new opportunities and challenges. Since relocating, he has been employed by a bathroom and kitchen remodeling company, where he has gained invaluable experience and learned new skills, including plumbing and electrical work. Currently, he has been working with LBH Construction for the past few years, where he has had the opportunity to apply his skills and abilities, contributing to various projects and enhancing the overall quality of our work.
